Lunch & Learn: Caregivers 101

Join us in our series of free lunchtime talks about social issues and learn about diverse ways to help create a community in which all people are full and valued participants!

Speaker: Angus Macdonell, Engagement Coordinator, Caregivers Alberta

Learn about who Alberta caregivers are, what they may endure on their caregiving journeys, why they need help, and how Caregivers Alberta provides it. Support is offered through guidance, one on one coaching, educational programming on topics related to caregiving (navigating systems, respite services, managing self-care, etc), delivery of the award-winning COMPASS for the Caregiver course, and resource links to many health care provider partners.
