Keynote Speaker: Kate Quinn

Kate Quinn has served as Executive Director of CEASE: Centre to End All Sexual Exploitation since 1997. She works with a great team of dedicated Board members, staff, volunteers, law enforcement, community agencies, government partners and individuals who have experienced sexual exploitation and sex trafficking. She is Co-Chair of Edmonton’s Sexual Exploitation Working Group, a leadership group active since 2004 that raises awareness about the multiple impacts of sexual exploitation and sex trafficking. Kate has coordinated the Sex Trade Offender Program since 1996. She is retiring June 30, 2023. Kate was honoured by the ESPC in 2014 with an Award of Merit for Advocacy of Social Justice.
