Summary: The Edmonton Centre of Hope takes pride in “giving hope today” and every day. Their community services program supports people within the community. Their transitional housing program provides a stable housing environment for men. Their Transformations program looks to address the dependence on any substance. There are also two second step sober living programs: Cornerstone and Keystone. For those struggling with both mental health concerns and substance use issues, there is supported living at the Stepping Stone site. Finally, Grace Manor provides dignity and service in the later years of life to seniors in need of higher level care.
