Boyle Street Community Services is a local charity that has been serving people experiencing homelessness in Edmonton for 50 years. In this presentation, we will discuss the programs and services delivered at Boyle Street, the values that guide our work and the ways in which we work with each and every client. We will also spend time exploring the stigmas often attached to people experiencing poverty and homelessness, the tangible effects of stigmas, and what we can do to change for the better.
