Boys & Girls Clubs Big Brothers Big Sisters (BGCBigs) is committed to the healthy development of all children. We are the only Boys & Girls Clubs and Big Brothers Big Sisters across Canada who have merged under one organization. By combining the concepts of both, BGCBigs delivers programs that address the physical, emotional, academic and overall wellness of children and youth in our community.

Campaign 2000 is a cross-Canada coalition of over 90 national and community organizations that are seeking to end child poverty. Site features report cards on child poverty in Canada, as well as numerous resources and reports regarding poverty and low income.
Child Care Advocacy Association of Canada
CCAAC is dedicated to working together for the right of all children to access a publicly funded, inclusive, quality, non-profit child care system. Site contains information on CCAAC campaigns and projects, as well as a collection of resources.
Families First Edmonton is a research project to determine whether delivering health, family support and recreation services in a coordinated way can lead to better outcomes for low-income families. Site contains project documents and research reports.
Justice for Girls works to promote social justice and an end to violence, poverty and racism in the lives of teenage girls who are low income or homeless. The organization fights for social justice based on the feminist belief that young women in poverty are the experts of their own experience. The website contains a number of publications, links and resources related to justice and equality for girls.
Public Interest Alberta: Child Care Campaign
Public Interest Alberta (PIA) is a province-wide organization focused on education and advocacy on public interest issues. One of PIAs areas of focus is childcare. The site contains editorials and fact sheets, as well as links to relevant news articles and websites.
Success By 6 is a prevention initiative intended to ensure that all preschool children in Edmonton have the necessary development and support for a lifetime of growth and achievement. Housed under the United Way of the Alberta Capital Region, this site includes copies of the annual reports on Edmonton's children and youth.
